Discover the vineyards of Cotes du Rhone, Tavel and Lirac Marc Marlin created and managed a Wine cellar for 14 years at Chateauroux. Trained at the Institute of Oenology University of Bordeaux II, and passionate about gastronomy, Marc graduated in 2008 from a CAP Cook, followed by a complementary Mention Pastry Restaurant. Marc offers, a discovery of wine tasting and our vineyard in a friendly atmosphere. Open to everybody : Beginner or Amateur wishing to review the basics, but in french language only. The program will run as follows: Morning lectures and tastings, Lunch: A Study of agreements and disagreements "Food and wine" Wine tours in the afternoon.
